Our code of practice is a traditional one, i.e. 'The Customer is Always Right,' and we will do our utmost at all times to ensure that customer care is paramount.
We do request that any queries from you to please be carried out via e-mail and will endeavour to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours.
As previously mentioned on our homepage the majority of our products supplied are professional and not available in retail stores and any chemical processing products purchased should always be carried out via a professional hairdresser. We cannot be held responsible for any 'disasters.'
We are a well stocked Website and will continue to keep building up our product database, including an expansion into beauty products in the not too distant future.
